Good practices of entrepreneurs operating at Kamienna Góra Special Economic Zone.
Sopp Polska Sp. z o.o. – since 2011 it has cooperated with Technical High School in Kamienna Góra (Zespół Szkół Zawodowych i Ogólnokształacących w Kamiennej Górze) in terms of vocationally educating future technicians of logistics. Contemporarily, within the range of activities of Kamienna Góra Educational Cluster of Vocational University of Junior High School, there are being undertaken actions aiming at reactivation at the area of Kamiennogórski Powiat (district/ township) textiles-related professions. The cooperation includes traineeships as well as apprenticeships. Kamienna Góra SEZ grants scholarships to best graduates in the form of financial support and guarantee of employment at the previously accepted area of studies. Moreover, Sopp Polska Sp. z o.o. took part in modernization of classroom equipment adjusted to theoretical learning the vocational subjects in the context of the scheme: “Classroom under the auspices”, as well as it obliged itself to co-finance intercompany (Sopp Polska Sp. z o.o. + LUBATEX Sp. z o.o. + Effect-System S.A.) workshops of vocational education in the frame of textiles-related professions.
Effect-System S.A. – the cooperation concerns reactivation at the area of Kamienna Góra Powiat’s education of textiles-related professions. As a participant of Kamienna Góra SEZ Educational Cluster’s pilot project: “My occupation is my future – touching the profession”, the company participated in activities of Junior High School’s Vocational University, promoting education of the textiles-related curriculum (textiles’ technician, operator of textile machinery). What is more, the cooperation includes vocational traineeships and apprenticeships. The entrepreneur grants the scholarship for best graduate giving at the same time financial support and guarantee of employment at previously accepted area of studies. Needless to say, the company obliged itself to make available companies’ rooms (Sopp Polska Sp. z o.o. + LUBATEX Sp. z o.o. + Effect-System S.A.) and co-financing workshops of vocational education in the frame of textiles-related professions. The partner school for vocational education is Technical High School in Kamienna Góra (Zespół Szkół Zawodowych i Ogólnokształacących w Kamiennej Górze).
LUBATEX Sp. z o.o. – the cooperation concerns activities having on purpose reactivation at the area of Kamienna Góra Powiat’s education of textiles-related professions. As a participant of Kamienna Góra SEZ Educational Cluster’s pilot project: “My occupation is my future – touching the profession”, the company participated in activities of Junior High School’s Vocational University promoting education of the textiles-related curriculum (tailor, operator of textile machinery). Needless to say, the company obliged itself to co-finance inter-company workshops (Sopp Polska Sp. z o.o. + LUBATEX Sp. z o.o. + Effect-System S.A.) of vocational education of textiles-related professions. The partner school for vocational education is Technical High School in Kamienna Góra (Zespół Szkół Zawodowych i Ogólnokształacących w Kamiennej Górze).
Dofama Thies Sp. z o.o. – it employs 83 young workers in three branches in the profession of locksmith and operator of machine tools. The theoretical subjects are being conducted in Technical High School in Kamienna Góra. For the educational requirements the company has adopted a separate workshop room with necessary technical equipment of the workplaces. Teachers of theoretical, vocational subjects conduct the vocational workshops in the company; those have on purpose adjusting the theoretical teaching curriculum to the specific demands of workplace. The partner program has also on purpose promoting and rewarding best students in a given profession. Dofama Thies Sp. z o.o. has modernized and given equipment to the classroom-lab to be adjusted to the demands of educating theoretical vocational subjects in the frame of the project: “Classroom under the auspices” in Technical High School in Kamienna Góra.
AUTOCAM POLAND Sp. z o.o. – since 2014 it has cooperated with Technical High School in Kamienna Góra (traineeship in the context of theoretical, vocational subjects) and Dofama Thies Sp. z o.o. (practical traineeship) in the frame of preparing the workers in the profession of operator of machine tools. Contemporarily the cooperation concerns 11 people. The entrepreneur gives a guarantee of employment for young workers. Next action is promoting demanded occupations within the frame of Junior High School’s Vocational University.
WEBER-HYDRAULIKA Sp. z o.o. – since 2009 it has cooperated with Zespół Szkół Mechanicznych w Bolesławcu (Complex of Mechanical Schools in Bolesławiec). The forms of cooperation concern organizing monthly apprenticeships for students in the professions of: technical mechanic, mechatronics technician, practical education in the profession of operator of machine tools, organizing meetings: “How to look for a job actively and effectively” – for students finishing Technical High School. Moreover, there are being organized trips to the company in Wykroty. An important form of cooperation is enabling, during the summer holidays, to adult students recognition of work’s conditions in a workplace thanks to the programs of summer apprenticeships. The company also finances projects undertaken by the students of fourth class of Mechatronics’ Technical School. Since 2014/15 there has been put into force auspices’ contract between the Complex of Mechanical Schools in Bolesławiec and Weber-Hydraulika concerning conducting the subjects of specialization: “Managing the production processes and programming the drivers of PLC” in the fourth class of Mechatronics’ Technical School.
CONTUR 2000 s.c. – since 2015 the entrepreneur has cooperated with Zespół Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych No 2 in Lubań (Complex of Upper Junior High Schools No 2 in Lubań) in the frame of vocational education in the professions of Technician Mechanic and Operator of Machine Tools. Within the frames of cooperation the company is also undertaking practical as well as theoretical education and support of vocational subjects. The teachers of theoretical, vocational subjects conduct educational workshops by the entrepreneur, having on purpose adjusting the theoretical teaching curriculum to the specific demands of workplace.
DR.SCHNEIDER AUTOMOTIVE POLSKA Sp. z o.o. – it conducts vocational apprenticeships for students from Wrocław University of Technology – branch in Jelenia Góra. Moreover, there is being planned a cooperation of Upper Junior High Schools from the area of Jeleniogórski Powiat and Kamiennogórski Powiat having on purpose conducting the education at the level of Technical High School (Polish: Technikum) and Basic Vocational School (Polish: Zasadnicza Szkoła Zawodowa) in the professions of Mechanic and Mechatronic.
